This recipe gives you a tender and yummy cookie. Ever since I discovered this recipe, I try to make it very often. It is like a butter cookie but adding a twist to it: the raisins.

What You Will Need
70gr of All-purpose/plain flour
70gr of Almond flour
1tsp of baking powder
30gr of powdered sugar
50gr of sweet-condensed milk
60gr of melted butter
Raisins (depending on your preference)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp of salt
How to Create
First of all, we are going to sift in all of our dry ingredients in a bowl, which are the plain flour, almond flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
Next, we are going to separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and add in the egg yolks to the dry mixture.
Mix it all well, and now we are adding in the condensed milk, melted butter, and the vanilla extract.
When we have a dough formed, we add in the raisins.
Once the dough is finished, we are going to shape it and put in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Passed the 30 min, we take it out, and cut it in the shape that we want.
For these last steps, we are going to put them in the preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF for about 15-20 min, until the cookies are slightly golden brown.
Now it is ready to serve.
