I love this recipe because it´s very easy to make and it´s a fun way to eat brainfoods. It´s very refreshing, perfect for a hot day.

What You Will Need

  • 10 strawberries (you can leave one for the decoration of the bowl)

  • 1 banana

  • Muesli to garnish

  • 3 tablespoons of milk

The Brainfoods

  • Bananas

  • Strawberries

How to Create

  • Slice a banana. Wash the strawberries, cut them in half and cut off the leaves as well.

  • Put it all in the freezer in a closed bag or container and take them out when they are frozen solid. It is recommended that you leave them in the freezer for 12 hours.

  • Once they are frozen, put them in a mincer and mix the two fruits with very little milk (approximately two tablespoons). The more milk you add the less thick it will be.

  • Mix until you get an ice scream consistency.

  • Put it in a bowl and decorate it with some extra strawberries, banana slices and muesli.

Ever since I made this recipe, I try to do it every day that I can. It’s like an ice cream but super healthy. It has also made me like strawberries and bananas more.
