I love this recipe because it´s very easy to make and it´s a fun way to eat brainfoods. It´s very refreshing, perfect for a hot day.

What You Will Need
10 strawberries (you can leave one for the decoration of the bowl)
1 banana
Muesli to garnish
3 tablespoons of milk

How to Create
Slice a banana. Wash the strawberries, cut them in half and cut off the leaves as well.
Put it all in the freezer in a closed bag or container and take them out when they are frozen solid. It is recommended that you leave them in the freezer for 12 hours.
Once they are frozen, put them in a mincer and mix the two fruits with very little milk (approximately two tablespoons). The more milk you add the less thick it will be.
Mix until you get an ice scream consistency.
Put it in a bowl and decorate it with some extra strawberries, banana slices and muesli.

Ever since I made this recipe, I try to do it every day that I can. It’s like an ice cream but super healthy. It has also made me like strawberries and bananas more.
