This recipe gives you a tender and yummy cookie. Ever since I discovered this recipe, I try to make it very often. It is like a butter cookie but adding a twist to it: the raisins.

What You Will Need

  • 70gr of All-purpose/plain flour

  • 70gr of Almond flour

  • 1tsp of baking powder

  • 30gr of powdered sugar

  • 50gr of sweet-condensed milk

  • 60gr of melted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • Raisins (depending on your preference)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp of salt

How to Create

  • First of all, we are going to sift in all of our dry ingredients in a bowl, which are the plain flour, almond flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt.

  • Next, we are going to separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and add in the egg yolks to the dry mixture.

  • Mix it all well, and now we are adding in the condensed milk, melted butter, and the vanilla extract.

  • When we have a dough formed, we add in the raisins.

  • Once the dough is finished, we are going to shape it and put in the refrigerator for 30 min.

  • Passed the 30 min, we take it out, and cut it in the shape that we want.

  • For these last steps, we are going to put them in the preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF for about 15-20 min, until the cookies are slightly golden brown.

  • Now it is ready to serve.
