I chose this recipe because it is healthy, tasty and easy to make. Fun fact: Did you know that avocados are fruits, not vegetables? And also, avocados, along with guavas, are the fruits with the highest protein content.

What You Will Need
1 large ripe avocado
60 g of raw cocoa powder
2 tsp. stevia (or other natural sweetener)
1 tsp. natural vanilla extract

How to Create
Cut the avocado into half, pit it, then scoop out the interior and purée until smooth
Mix completely with the milk and cocoa
Stir in the stevia, vanilla extract
Transfer the mixture to the refrigerate, then .leave for at least 6 hours
You could add almonds for a nice crunch, or berries for that extra fruit- iness!
