Me and my family make this recepie especially for breakfast, since we like and enjoy it so much I have decided to share it with all of you, not only because it is healthy, tasty, and energetic but because it is really easy to make, it only has 3 steps!!! aswell as it includes one of my favorite brain foods, strawberries.

What You Will Need
Strawberries
2 bannanas
Almond milk
Whole grains ( oat meal )
Blueberries
Ice

How to Create
First step : First you will have to blend together in this case the blueberries, strawberries and a little amount of almond milk.
Second step: After this you incorporate half a cup of oatmeal and start to mix so it all integrates.
Third and last step: This done all thats left to do is to put the mixture in a bowl and add topins, which in this case were just going to add on top some oat meal, blueberries, strawberries and a sliced bannana.

At first I did not eat brain foods so often, but after making more recepies like this one I like them and eat them everyday. How about you? Do you like this dish?
